  1. Don't miss out on this SkillsPlus train-the-trainer course. To quote Gordon Welty, he says the train-the-trainer approach, "... has several advantages over the experiential approach. Importantly, it tends to homogenize the delivery of training events. This tends to reduce the variation in subsequent performance across trainees (employees). ... also facilitates root cause analysis in the face of a manufacturing deviation or out-of-spec lab result."
