CBT (computer-based training)
This is closely related to other e-learning or eLearning terms, such as: e-Course, online training, web-based training (WBT), internet-based training (IBT), digital training, virtual training, e-training (technology based training, TBT). e-learning refers to all forms of electronically supported learning and teaching. e-Learning
A wide set of applications and processes, such as Web-based learning, computer-based learning, virtual classrooms, and digital collaboration.
ILT (instructor-led training)
This educational practice is based on interaction between a teacher and learners. In some cases, the instructor might also serve as a facilitator. Some of the strengths of ILT include: interactivity; real-time feedback; the creation of safe learning environments by the teacher; skill practice; and high engagement of students in their respective learning styles.
